The best experience This is the second time we asked Emir to be our guide. About 5 years ago we came on our first trip to Istanbul and we booked 1/2 day with Emir. He was such an engaging, warm, friendly and knowledgable person, we hired him a second day. This time, we booked 2 days ahead of our arrival. Fortunately, he remembered us and showed us a wonderful time. We discovered this time parts of the city that regular tourists might not see. It was wonderful to experience the city in such an authentic way. We look forward to returning to Turkey and to discover other cities. Hopefully, Emir will not be too busy to show us around. His English and Spanish are excellent. If you miss out on Emir, you will miss out on Turkey!!
